Director, Allan Moolman, has over 15 years experience leading significant international, community and social development programmes in Southern and East Africa, with a focus on facilitating and supporting community-led social change. A results-oriented programme designer and manager, he has highly developed leadership, strategic and operational skills across all organisational functional areas. Operating from a strong values base, he is an innovative and entrepreneurial project manager, delivering results in a wide range of organisational settings.
Allan has extensive human resource, organisational development and change management experience, coupled with high level strategic planning, management and communications expertise. He has significant fundraising, external relations and donor management experience, including monitoring, evaluation and learning at design and implementation levels. His reputation is that of an independent, proactive systems thinker who works with integrity to produce the highest quality outcomes possible.
